1. Buyers may return orders, if you are not satisfied. We honor our hassle-free return policy.
2. All orders can be returned within 30 days after receiving the packages.
3. Fir return, please email us at return@myjoymall.com. We will provide prepaid return labels for most (99%) items and send it to buyers via email. However, in some cases, buyer may pay the return fee for those items as indicated in their lists.
4.Returned items have to be in original packaging with all accessories included.
5. After receiving the return packages, we will refund buyers within 3 business days. The fund will take 5-10 days to reach your account due to the transition via bank system may take a few days.
